Common questions about pricing
Any agreement that enters a drafting, review, or approval workflow in Pactthread counts toward your monthly contract limit. Contracts that are stored only in the repository (imported from a prior system) do not count against the monthly limit.
Yes. You can import existing contracts as PDF or Word documents into the repository on any plan. Obligation extraction from imported contracts requires Growth or Scale. We can also assist with bulk migration for Scale customers.
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. Additional contracts above the limit are billed at a per-contract rate, or you can upgrade your plan. We will never block a contract in progress without notice.
Yes. Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can run real contracts through the workflow during the trial and see full obligation extraction on up to 10 executed contracts.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For annual plans, upgrades are prorated. We do not lock you into a plan that no longer fits your team size.
Starter includes Google Drive and Microsoft 365. Growth adds Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, Workday, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign. Scale adds full REST API access for custom integrations. All integrations within a plan are included in the plan price with no per-integration fees.
No. Pactthread manages the contract workflow: drafting from your approved templates, routing, obligation tracking. It does not provide legal advice, interpret case law, or substitute for counsel review on non-standard deals. Every AI redline suggestion comes with a rationale so counsel can make an informed decision, but the judgment call stays with your team.
